ABOUT DENISE TAYLOR:
Denise brings more than 12 years experience in strategic planning, education and communication to the table for her clients. While the majority of her work has been within the health care industry, Denise's strong analytical mindset and natural curiosity help clients of all types understand and address their business challenges.
As the senior director of communications for an alliance of hospitals, Denise worked with organizational leaders on high-profile projects such as a web site assessment, corporate branding initiatives and the launch of social media tools for internal and external audiences. She also created custom communications for hospital executives so they could see at-a-glance their organizations' performance in select programs. As a product development director for the same company, Denise used her exceptional leadership and project management skills to help a small team develop an extensive library of educational content for both online and classroom learning. In addition, she developed marketing strategies and materials to promote the use of these tools among hospitals.
Earlier in her career, Denise worked in strategic planning and marketing at a local hospital. In that role, she used data analytics as well as her strong writing and editing skills to compile information for hospital leaders and the Board of Directors. She also helped create the organization's first physician and service directory to enhance referrals and the publication format is still being used today.
No matter what her role, Denise always strives to create relevant and results-focused information. She effectively listens to her clients and always learns something new from them. Through this collaborative process she creates marketing/communication solutions that get noticed.
